FAQ

Why can't I hear any sound?

Please check: 1) Are speakers or headphones properly connected; 2) Is system volume muted; 3) Does browser allow audio playback; 4) Are speakers or headphones damaged.

Both sides have sound during left/right channel test?

Possible reasons: 1) Using mono speakers; 2) Audio set to mono mode; 3) Incorrect speaker connection. It is recommended to use stereo headphones for testing.

Can't hear sound at certain frequencies?

This may be normal. The human hearing range is 20Hz-20kHz, and high-frequency hearing declines with age. If you can't hear low or mid frequencies, it may be a speaker problem.

Sound has noise or distortion?

Possible reasons: 1) Volume too high causing distortion; 2) Speaker quality issues; 3) Audio driver problems; 4) Loose speaker connection. Try lowering volume or checking connections.

Troubleshooting

Problem:No sound at all

Solution:Check system volume settings to ensure not muted. Check if speakers or headphones are properly connected. Try playing audio in other apps to confirm hardware is working.

Problem:Only one side has sound

Solution:Check audio balance settings, ensure it's centered. Check if headphone jack is fully inserted. Try different headphones to rule out hardware issues.

Problem:Sound is too quiet

Solution:Increase system volume and browser volume. Check if speaker or headphone volume control is at minimum. Try different audio output devices.
